This eco-designed chopper allows you to prepare all sorts of ingredients, with up 66% ernergy saving (compared to our chopper model DPA1/DPA2 _electric energy consumption in Wh for one recipe). Ideal for everyday use and special occasions, its powerful 500W motor combined with 2 stainless steel sharpened blades will offer you fast and efficient results. Thanks to its 3in1 function, you will mince, chop and mix by simply pressing. Its large bowl will permit you to measure exactly your solid ingredients up to 300g. You can also count on the leak tight bowl in order to make all kind of semi liquid mixtures up to 500ml. The Eco Respect chopper is easy to use, to set up and clean.

Why are there bits of food left in the feed tube/on top of the cone/cassette?

It is normal for a small amount of food to be left unchopped/sliced/grated so that the food pusher does not grate against the sharp blades on the cone/cassette.

Why does my shredder not chop/grate/slice properly?

Some food is unsuitable for chopping/slicing/grating. Ensure you are using the correct cone/cassette for the food you are trying to prepare and that the food is positioned in the correct position first in the feed tube before slicing/grating/chopping. Also the ingredients you use must be firm and fresh quality to get satisfactory results and avoid accumulation of food in the holder (information will depend on model of product).

What should I do if my appliance is not working?

After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre

If pieces of food get stuck to the side of the bowl (ham, onions, etc.), switch off the appliance, take out the plug, remove the pieces with the help of a spatula, and re-distribute them in the bowl. Plug the appliance in again and pulse 2 or 3 times more. NEVER put your fingers or hands in the bowl, or near the blade.
