For iPad : All devices whose model numbers begin with A14** are compatible (This number can be found on the back of your device).
Caution : The application can be downloaded on your iPad 2 with version iOS7.1 or later, but it will not connect with your ActiFry Smart because your tablet or Smartphone needs to have the Bluetooth Smart functionality.
For iPhone :
The following models are compatible:
A 1387, A 14**, A 15**
This number can be found on the back of your device after the mention “model”.
Caution : The application can be downloaded to iPhone 4 with version iOS7.1 or later, but it will not connect with your ActiFry Smart because your tablet or Smartphone needs to have Bluetooth Smart functionality.
For Android :
The app is compatible with all models with at least the ANDROID 4.3 software version. Once a new version of ANDROID is available on your Smartphone or tablet, we strongly recommend that you update it.
Please note:1/ Some ANDROID devices are equipped with version 4.3 or later but do not have Bluetooth Smart functionality. In this case you will be able to download the app but not to connect with an ActiFry Smart.
2/ Some ANDROID devices are not compatible with Actifry Smart even though they may be updated to version 4.3 or later and have Bluetooth Smart functionality. Today this is the case for the following devices:
