Any questions about Cake Factory?

Cake factory is an innovative intelligent baking appliance that allows you to bake perfectly baked pastries. The intelligent programs automatically adjust the cooking temperature (cycle) for perfect cooking results. Time can be adjusted for each cooking program to be adjusted to the recipe and the desired cooking level.

The intelligent programs are pre set to adapt automatically the cooking temperature cycle. Indeed, to obtain perfect baking results, the temperature should vary during the cooking process. Where an oven remains at constant heat, Cake Factory varies the temperature cycles differently for each type of cakes in order to have optimal cooking and perfect results.

Cake Factory is compact : 30.5cm long, 33cm deep and 19.5cm high. It can bake for 6 muffins or a 6 servings cake to share. It can also cook big cake to share in the included non stick coated mould.
It can easily be stored on a shelf or in a cupboard.

Only the big metal non-stick mold is dishwasher safe
The CREABAKE cups and tray must be cleaned by hand. The tray and the cups are made of steel, which is coated. Nevertheless, there are some small spaces (rolled edges) that are not fully covered with the coating. Because water stagnates in the dishwasher during its cleaning process, these small spaces may rust. The black metal part placed at the bottom of the Cake Factory is not dishwasher safe as well, and must be hand cleaned.

Of course, the whole Tefal CREABAKE is compatible with your Cake Factory Délices. To help you in shops, they have a logo « compatible with Cake Factory » on their packagings.

It is possible but as some shapes have different volume and size, cooking times may be different and so the result may be deceptive. We recommend to use the same shapes in the tray for one batch.

it's very easy, you just have to butter the molds before use, put your dough in it and position your molds on the tray, then put it in the cake factory. Discover here in video : How to use the molds.

Some recipes are possible by using the manual program, you can select by yourself the temperature and cooking time to create your own recipes, even salty, such as pizza, salted tart and snacks. By the way, you must always respect the conditions of use described in the document joined with the appliance.

You can prepare dairy desserts with Cake Factory Délices using the big non-stick mold included in the product. But of course, if you want to prepare individual dairy desserts, you can order some compatible glass jars here.
