Your products are made from 18/10 Stainless Steel (18% chromium, 10% nickel), a material particularly well-suited to cookware. Thanks to its high chromium content, an auto-protective layer forms at the surface of your cookware to ensure high rust-resistance for a very long time.
To prevent salt grains from attacking the Stainless Steel, we recommend adding salt to the water after it comes to the boil. This means the salt grains are moving, rather than touching the sides of the pan, and that they dissolve immediately.
Compatible with all hobs including induction.
Solid Stainless Steel products (body + handles + knob) are oven-safe up to 260°C. Glass lids are oven-safe up to 175°C.
Clean with hot water, liquid detergent and a sponge.
Dishwasher safe.
To clean baked-on food, use soap and warm water and leave to soak for about an hour before cleaning.
If a blue or yellow discoloration appears, clean with a special product for Stainless Steel pans, or with lemon juice or vinegar.
If white spots appear, heat up some lemon juice in your cookware to clean it, then rinse and dry. Clean with hot water, liquid detergent and a sponge.
