Soak the gelatine for 5 min in cold water.
Warm the milk over low heat in a saucepan. Mix the sugar, sieved corn flour and eggs yolks with a spatula, pour in the saucepan and continue to cook over medium heat while stirring regularly. Add the drained gelatine and mix well.
Pour a layer of caramel on the bottom of the pots. Spread the mixture very carefully.
Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 30 min in dairy dessert mode. Leave to cool and then refrigerate.
Before serving, run a knife around the pot and unmould the flan.
