Peel the potatoes and cut into medium-sized cubes (2 to 3 cm). Set the thermostat to 160°C in Fry mode. Heat the oil in the bowl.
Add the potatoes and cook for about twenty minutes while stirring regularly. After 20 minutes, set the thermostat to 130°C in Sauté mode.
Add the coriander and paprika and cook with the lid closed for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
