Thread the fruit onto the kebab skewers alternating different fruits.
Mix the remaining ingredients in a shallow dish or in the rice bowl of the electrical steamer.
Put the kebabs in the dish and leave to marinade for 1 hour, turning occassionally. Drain the kebabs
Place the kebabs in the lower and middle baskets. Cover the dish of lemon and ginger
Sauce with cling film and place in the upper basket. Cover with the lid and steam for 10-15 minutes
Lift the kebabs onto warm plates and spoon over the sauce.
Serve straight away with a dollop of creme fraiche on the side.
