Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons muesli
  • 30 cl Almond milk
  • 4 Tablespoons oat flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Turmeric Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons Goji berries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 Tablespoons dried fruits

Preparation

Pour the almond milk on the oat flakes. Leave to cook for 10 minutes in your non-stick TEFAL saucepan. Add the sliced banana. Add the muesli. Add the dried nuts and the goji berries. Pour the curcuma syrup on the preparation. Add a tablespoon of honey. Enjoy !
