Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads
  • 200g preserved peppers
  • 100g hummus
  • 2 quarters of confit lemon
  • 1/2 bunch coriander

Preparation

Cut a lemon into quarters. Remove the interior, keeping only the rind. Finely chop the lemon rind, coriander and peppers.

Mix in the hummus. Season with salt and pepper

Pre-heat the appliance. Cut the pita breads in half and garnish each half with the mixture. Toast them in the appliance for 5 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
