Peel the skin from the peaches and rub with lemon juice. Place the peaches on the grid of the bowl equipped with the clip-on handle and steam for 15 minutes.
Place in a serving bowl. While the peaches are steaming, in a pan boil the wine with the sugar for 3 minutes. Add the Creme de Cassis. Pour over the peaches.
