Ingredients

  • 100 mL milk
  • 1 whole eggs
  • 2 eggs yolks
  • 5 level tbsp pistachio powder
  • 60 g sugar
  • 350 mL whipping cream
  • Whole pistachios

Preparation

Mix the whole eggs, yolks and pistachio powder, then add the sugar. Add the milk and cream and mix again.

Pour into the pots, cut the pistachios into two lengthwise and add to the pots.

Fill the base of the appliance with water up to the max level. Cook for 30 min in dairy dessert mode. Leave to cool and refrigerate.
