Ingredients

  • 5 small potatoes
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Over low heat, sauté the sliced potatoes and onion in olive oil, until the potatoes are soft. Leave the mixture to cool.

Beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper, then add the mixture to the potatoes.

Once the appliance is hot, pour the mixture into the lower plate, right to the edge but without over-flowing. Leave to cook for 5 minutes.
