Ingredients

  • 32 prawns
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 lemons
  • 10 cl olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Set the thermostat to 130°C in Sauté mode. Heat the oil until the right temperature.

Sauté the prawns with the garlic, parsley, coriander, salt and pepper.

Serve the warm prawns drizzled with lemon juice.
