*Mix 250g flour, 140g of soft butter cut into pieces and 100g of sugar, until obtaining a grainy dough.
*Add 1 egg yolk until a smooth paste forms. Set aside in the refrigerator for 2h.
*Pre-heat the appliance.
*Spread each dough 4mm thick and cut the edges using a cookie cutter.
*Cook 1min30 to 2 mins.
*Prepare the ganache: boil 20cl fresh cream and pour in 200g dark chocolate cut into squares.
*Once cooled, spread the ganache on the biscuit and cover with another biscuit.
