Ingredients

  • 1,5 L of Soy milk
  • 125 g of plain yogurt or ferment culture
  • 100 g of sugar

Preparation

Choose Prog 1.

Combine yogurt (or ferment) with milk and sugar, mix together thoroughly with a whisk, and let it cook in the yogurt maker at yogurt preparation mode for 8 hours.

After you have cooled your yogurt down, you may add seeds, fruit, dry fruit, cereals, whatever you like. Stir with a spoon before enjoying.
