*Use a knife to cut out the soft middle of bread slices. Reserve the bread and the crust. Cut the pepper and ham into small cubes. Brown them in your TEFAL pan with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs. When the peppers are cooked, form 2 small mounts in the pan. Place the bread crusts around. Pour the beaten eggs in the centre of each crust. Sprinkle grated mozzarella and place the soft bread back on the top. Cook for a few minutes, then delicately turn the tartine over. Cook for a few more minutes. Enjoy warm with sald on the side.
