Wash the vegetables and the chicken. Cut the chicken into pieces. Peel the garlic and onions. Peel and chop the ginger. Set the thermostat to 160°C in Fry mode. Fry the chicken for 7 minutes with the onions, garlic, oil, ginger, salt and pepper until it browns.
Add the paprika, turmeric, quartered tomatoes and then the water. Set the thermostat to 100°C in Simmer mode. Cook for about 10 minutes with the lid closed.
Add the whole peeled potatoes. Cook for about 12 minutes with the lid still closed. Add the lemon juice and coriander. Serve hot.
