*Slice the mozzarella, cut the tomatoes into cubes and chop the pistachios. Heat up your TEFAL pan with a little oil. Place you pizza base on the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Turn the base over on the other side. Spread the fresh goat's cheese, put the mozzarella slices and the chopped pistachios. Sprinkle the oregano and the dried basil, salt and pepper. Cook on low heat for another 10 minutes. Add the roquet and fresh basil leaves.
