How to better use my product

How can I make my waffles crunchy?

For crunchy waffles use water and beer, for soft waffles, use milk and cream. These waffles must be eaten as soon as they are removed from the mould.

How can I avoid that waffles stick to the plates?

This issue could have several causes:
• Lack of fat in the dough,
• Too much sugar in the dough.
