Thanks to its exclusive heat-sensor technology, Assisteo indicates the optimal cooking temperature. The module tells you when it's too cold, at the right temperature or too hot, and an alarm warns you when the food is about to burn.
  • Indicates optimal temperature. No need to stay by your pan throughout the cooking.
  • No-burn alarm. The alarm warns you before the pan gets too hot and you risk damaging your food.
  • 3 cooking modes. Select the ideal cooking mode according what you want, the way you like it:
    • SLOW MODE: slow cooking (approx. 90°-120°C). Ideal to simmer and reheat. 
    • MED MODE: medium-temperature cooking (approx. 120-180°C). Cook food evenly in and out.
    • HIGH MODE: quick cooking (approx. 180°- 230°C). For crispy texture and nice color.
