Thanks to the infra-red heat sensor, it checks the temperature of pots and pans and beeps to let you know when it's time to add the ingredients. If you wait too long before starting to cook and the frypan is too hot, Thermo-Coach alerts you. You can also monitor the cooking time with the timer, to prevent overcooking.
